And Eyjafjallajökull shut down Europe...

It's been now 3 days of pure chaos in european airports.

Since april 14th volcano Eyjafjallajökull (pronounced like ay-yah-feeat-lah-yoh-cut-l. Listen here) eruption has caused all airports in northern Europe to cease their activities until further notice.
It is expected that operations may resume over the next 48 hours.

In Brazil TAM airlines cancelled all flights to London, Frankfurt and Paris.

Due to the heavy westbound winds Reyjavik airport remained operational.
